Mindfulness is becoming more popular nowadays because people are beginning to realize how important it is to take care of your mental health. It's very easy to lack in this area as life often times requires so much from us, but it's important to always practice mindfulness in some way shape or form.

I know there are some people wondering what does mindfulness look like. Mindfulness looks like partaking in healthy activities that puts ease or rest on your mental. Such as taking time out of your day to relax your mind and debrief. Soaking in a hot bath after a long day. Simply listening to calming music that you can relax to. Reading a book, working out, taking a walk or riding a bike. Spending time outdoors and in the sun. It also can be taking a nap and getting more hours of rest. For me I journal as an act of practicing mindfulness. It allows me to release any built up frustration and stress. These are some of the ways you can practice mindfulness and take care of your mental health.
My prayer today is that during such times of uncertainty we take time to take care of our mental health and to practice mindfulness. I pray that we all can find time in some way shape or form to take care of our mental health.
