God Knows Just What We Need!

Happy Saturday! Lately I’ve been in this place where I’ve been craving something particular, something I’m waiting patiently on the Lord for. I noticed that in all my overwhelming moments the feeling for what I’ve been craving and waiting for grows intense in those moments.

This morning I woke up and started my day and God begin to use people to give me what I needed. One thing about me I love when God loves on my sweetly and gently. I love when I experience God’s love in a sweet yet subtle way. It always reminds me and lets me know that He not only sees me but that He hears me. He hears every spoken and unspoken desire and prayer. He sees and knows all things. It also reminds me that I don’t have to work overtime for anything, all I have to do is wait on Him and most of all trust Him.

I know sometimes waiting can be tough and frustration arises but one thing I’ve learned is that it’s better to be in the will of the Lord than to be out here just winging it. I breifly thought on all the moments where I was out of the will of God compared to the moments where I was in the will of God and I can say there’s a safety that comes with being in God’s will. A covering and a provision like no other. In it all God will always give us what we need because He knows what we need.

My prayer today is that we ask God for what it is we need and trust that He will provide. I pray that we will be loved on gently and sweetly by God. I pray that today we will experience God to be who and what we need Him to be for this present moment.
