Happy Saturday friends! I wanted to take some time to write and encourage again not only myself but you as well. One thing that I’ve been reminded of this week was how faithful God is but also how God sees and covers every time.
We all have experienced life lifing as we say and sometimes it feels as though life brings floods and storm and all kinds of chaos. As I have been tested lately I truly was so close to throwing in the towel being transparent. Sometimes you just get tired. In me getting ready to throw in the towel I truly was out here spiraling. It may sound like I’m always going through..which is what I was also telling God but even in all the chaos God showed me that He sees and that He covers.
I find myself so overwhelmingly greatful at God’s faithfulness because in my anger, in my sadness, in my heaviness, in my moments of sin God saw it all and He covered me. I didn’t and don’t deserve that but He saw me and He gave me His love, His protection, and most of all He gave me His mercy.
When life begins to go off the rails it’s easy to be tempted to give up and give in. It’s easy to just go your own way but it’s not worth it. In my time of need I didn’t even have to utter a word but God sent the people, He sent the covering, He sent the laborers. That’s the seeing, that’s the covering and for that I’m extremely grateful.
My prayer today is that God will show you in a tangible way that He sees you and that He is covering you. I pray that peace in the storm is yours. I pray that overcoming victory is your portion.
