God Will Use It

Happy Saturday! Recently I was sharing with someone the different encounters I’ve had with God lately. I shared a desire I have about my own personal experiences and was reminded that God doesn’t waste any experience. Sometimes it’s easy to focus on the what ifs or the mishap, but something that has been highlighted to me is that God will use every bit of your journey. God will use mishaps and all to position for His will and promised to come forth in our lives.

As I’ve mentioned before a few times, I’m definitely on a journey that has been full of ups, downs, twists, and turns. Yet this journey has been the most teachable and the most transformative. I have times where I do get frustrated at God because it seems like there’s always something and I think we can all agree that life can get heavy sometimes. We look up sometimes and say “God give me a break.” We cry sometimes in despair or we tempt to throw in the towel. Know this, God doesn’t waste a thing.

God has seen every tear we’ve cried and counted it. He’s watched every battle we’ve went through and persevered us but He didn’t forget what it cost us to get there. God hasn’t forgotten any part of our story. He sees and He knows. Know that God will give beauty for ashes. He will use the foolish things to confound the wise. The tears that have been sown with reap a harvest in joy! There’s a promise, a plan, and a purpose for every situation that we’ve gone through and will go through. If God has allowed it, trust and know that He will use it.

My prayer today is that we at reminded that God holds us in his hands. I pray that we know that God is El Roi, He’s a God who sees us. I pray that God will be the comforter in our lives when we need it and I pray that in comfort we are received peace, hope, and faith that God will turn any mess into a masterpiece.

With love,

-Yours Truly, Eb
